  • You are responsible for maintaining current business and contact information

5. Assignment Process & Responsibility

Eastern Recovery acts as a forwarder by assigning repossession opportunities to qualified agencies. Partner agencies agree to:

  • Operate in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

  • Maintain compliance with data handling requirements related to personally identifiable information (PII)

  • Adhere to timelines, communication expectations, and performance requirements set forth in individual assignments

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate partnerships if conduct violates legal or operational standards.

6. Third-Party Services & Data Security

While Eastern Recovery does not store sensitive consumer data on this website, we do use secure, industry-compliant third-party platforms to manage assignment and case-related information. You agree to comply with those systems’ terms and maintain the confidentiality of login credentials provided to you.
